Well, that's mostly all I've been doing myself. I just thought there maybe was a rotation using the riptide bonuses extensively, but seems just healing who needs to de healed is best THe only thing I always forget is to use Nature's Swiftness and Tidal Force... Somehow if feels that while I am looking for them on the bar to click, my target would die... Do you have them keybinded?

Yes, Nature's Swiftness is in Shift+G, Tidal Force is Shift+MouseWheelUp and Mana Tide Totem is Shift+MouseWheelDown. I haven't bothered to macro Tidal Force and NS together, although that should be the most logical course of action. NS is something I always use in those "Ohshit1.8secondcastisn'tgonnatomakeit" situations. So yes, you need to be able to activate it instantly at the moment you need it.
Riptide's +healing effect to Chain Heal can probably used ingeniously at certain situations, but mostly it's just an uncalculated extra for when your Chain Heal happens to land on somebody who you've happened to use Riptide on a bit earlier.

You should. Using Shift+ and Ctrl+ combinations you can triple the amount of keybindings you can use.
