Misc. Quirks: When nervous, imbaressed or scared she fiddles around with her tail, like a calf would do. Scraping her hooves in the sand, or dirt or whatever at the same time.
History:
The calf looked up at her mother, tears running from her eyes and her hands clinging onto her mothers shirt. She didn't understand why this was happening, why were they sending her away? Why couldn't she just stay with Mum and Dad here?
The calf screamed her lungs out as the Bull she had never met before took her away, put her on his kodo, and they began riding North. She eventually fell asleep, exhausted by screaming, and crying. The Bull she didn't know had wrapped a warm, wollen blanket around her, so she wouldn't grow cold in the Barrens night.
Morning came, and Nascha opened her eyes, thinking all that had happened was just a bad dream. She quickly realised it wasn't so, when she left the tent she'd been sleeping in, and found herself on a steep mountain top. She was stunned with the view, she'd never seen snow before. It was cold, clean and beautiful.
There was something moving up the mountain! Towards her. She couldn't see what it was, but it sure was big. Was walking on two legs, so it couldn't be bad. Her Dad had always told her if it walks on two you can more often than not trust it, or tilt it over.
It appeared to be a Shu'Halo, clad in a thick fur cloak, and fur lined armour. He looked rather impressive. A huge, grey bull, supporting himself to a staff that looked rather spectacular. Feathers of all the colours of the Rainbow hung from the tip of it.
He introduced himself as Azok Greyhide. He was big, really big. Bigger than her Dad!
He said he was a druid, and was to train her, but she knew that the druids of the Shu'Halo had be quiet ever since the wars long ago. He explained to her that in a time soon to come, the druids would once again be needed, and he had seen from a distance she had what it would take to become a powerful druid. Besides, the Camp wasn't safe with all the Centaur around. She'd be safer up here, with him.
Years passed, and so did her training. She stayed on the Mountain for years, along with Azok, and she did indeed become powerful. More than himself, eventually. But she didn't know.
He did, on the otherhand. He knew she was something extraordinary, and that she would serve well in what was to come.
One day, it was a heavy snowstorm, and the tent was almost blown over, Azok told her it was time to return. Soon the time would come for her to prove what she had become, to help save the Shu'Halo. It had been almost 10 years since she had seen her parents, and when she saw them, it was a big shock to her. They'd grown old and grey, while she had grown up. She embraced her mother, with a bit of a cold feeling. She didn't really know this Taurens, or at least she felt that way. They were.. Just Shu'Halo, they didn't feel like family. Azok did. She looked back at him, and got that warm sensation.
The coming year, a lot happened. The Green Warriors from the sea, the Orcs, and their leader Thrall, came to Kalimdor, and settled in the Land they called Durotar. What is worse, though, is that the demons came. And when the time came, Nascha and Azok, set out with the most of what was called the New Horde, to fight them at Mount Hyjal. There were so many races she'd never seen before. Humans, Kaldorei, Dwarves, Gnomes, Orcs, and Trolls. And all were making one united wall against the demons on the mountain. And so , the battles started, and Nascha spent all she could of herself, to keep the warriors on the frontlines alive. That was why she was there. To save lives, to make sure that they all, united, could fight this evil.
The battles went on for days, and as could not be avoided, many were lost. Many lives, and souls, fell to the Demons. One life, unfortunately, being Azok Greyhide. Nascha ran to him, when she head his yell, and saw a great big demon, towering over him. She ran straight to him, and started knocking her fists against the demons leg. Little did it help, Azok's life was sucked right out of him, and Nascha saw it happen. The demon turned around, after having finished Azok, eyed Nascha, and hereon in.. She remembers very little, or pretends to, at least.
Should anyone ever gain her trust enough, one day, I am sure she will be willing to share it. But it is somewhere around here, her personality become the nervous, shy and scared Druid she is today.
