Yeh, the trailer is epic indeed. Was it officially released at BlizzCon? Yup.

I'd love to see more new zones in the seas, but a complete remake of existing zones and removal of those blank places sounds very nice as it is.

Some exploration RP, like tribe returning from Outland of whatever reason to discover what has become of Azeroth, could be cool. But I do also miss that all old zones will go *poof*. Some setting like "Old Azeroth" "Borked Azeroth" to choose from when you log to the game would be handy.

Err, well. World changes, we have to accept it?
A bit sad to lose old content, yes, but I think it means that low level quests will be re-done and modified, another reason to roll a goblin or a tauren paladin (poor Bonky, what will he do with Ebonma?)

Looks like we all need to move to Desolace if the trailer holds true.

Desolace does look pretty neat-o. But Gilneas...that's a town for Undead, not Alliance goddamnit!!11 Ah well, at least UC gets pimped...

Destroying the old Azeroth is horrifyingly retarded if you ask me, and it makes me kind of pissed off, but that's pointless because it will happen anyway. There are so many memories connected to all these places that will now disappear, it's just a big ol' shame. On another note, guild leveling and other guild goodies. www.wow.com/2009/08/22/blizzcon-2009-guild-leveling-and-talents/

Seemingly there'll be VERY HEAVY phasing added to some places, while other places, like Barrens, will be changed completely.

Sadly we are a rather unusual guild (in gameplay sense), with most alts outside, so we won't benefit from guild-leveling as much.

Sooo...despite the fact that I've said to some folks how it's silly to already plan things for an expansion that's still months away from arriving, I gotta ask...
Do you people already have plans for your goblins, assuming that you're making ones? I've decided to write up a character profile for mine, so that I'll at least have one character during my career in WoW, who will have a decent background behind him when I'm loggin with the toon for the first time.
I'll probably post it here at some point, since I'll include a story to the profile as well.

I'll make a gobbo (or 5) without a doubt. I have to say it mostly depeneds on if we get more char slots/realm or not. Before I know if we do, I don't really know what class it will be and thus creating a indepth background story is on hold. But I admit to reading wowiki for all the goblin info I could find the other day. I had the idea of making him/her a mad alchemist who tries to transmute valuable metals out of thin air and blowing up everyone in the process. Seeing as goblins get +skill to alchemy, it'd make sense. I hope somone bothers to make a goblin only guild. I'd really want to join one but I think I got enough guild managing to do around here.

I am definitely making a goblin, but we don't even know what classes they will have.
As with all new zones, both goblin and worgen questlines definitely need to be done, for fun and studying the lore, as well as seeing something hilarious that will surely be added for the new content.

I know one person who's most likely coming back to WoW to play a goblin and creating a guild along with it. It'll probably be a lil crime organization, seeing how the person in question has worked as both officer and leader of 60x in past. I'm pretty sure that handful of people I know will join it, so I might just follow after them. But I'd be surprised if a handful of other people wouldn't already be planning their gobbo guilds. Except the fearsome gnome DKs! What comes to goblin classes, I think I'll make me a warlock. Nothing better than a small warlock together with a lolguard.

I'd love a goblin shaman, but I already have a 80 shaman. Would probably make a mage or rogue as I lack those classes on DB. But honestly... I have enough chars of different classes already, I need to level them as well, they are all stuck in between levels 10-20.
