I thought it would be nice to record a bit of the different phases in the Tribe's history, while there are still people around that remember. I haven't been there from the beginning (and my memory is a bit foggy on the early days' details), so I need a little help here. Feel free to post below or (admins) update this post directly.
- Mistrunner Tribe founded by Myrha, Garolf Plainstomper, Pride, Chotawak & others. (13.9.2005)
- Myrha made the first Chieftain ["Elder Crone" at the time]; Garolf, Matango & a third [Earth***?] forming the first Council.
- Myrha shows the Tribe a sacred cliff and waterfall in Elwynn Forest, this becoming a ritual site for the Tribe.
- Myrha abdicates the title of Chieftain to Bighoof [later known as Nepomuk].
- Garolf and Nepomuk attend the first meeting of Horde leaders in Brill, hosted by The Forsaken Legion. There for first time the Tribe publicly states a non-hostile positon towards the Alliance: to wait for the first strike before starting war.
- Ironhoof elected Chieftain.
- Nemal and Aishan Sunhoof join the Elder Council.
- Ironhoof falls into the Emerald Dream, leaving the Council (Nemal, Garolf, Matango and Aishan) awaiting for a new leader.
- Nemal is in charge in Ironhoof's absence, continuing the peaceful way.
- Ironhoof returns briefly, then disappears.
- Aishan made Chieftain (without vote, to the disappointment of some who would have seen Nemal continue as Chieftain proper), with Tunril Stoneback taking his place in the Council.
- Peaceful relations with the other races continue during Aishan's reign (with the exception of Starseeker Sentinels and Gnomish Liberation Front, who frequently caused trouble).
- Aroh Plainswind, Zouwa Stormhorn and Massaimah join the Elder Council.
- Prabhu Wildhoof joins the Elder Council.
- The constant attacks by the elves finally makes Aishan lose patience, and reluctantly consent to stricking back.
- Warmaster Tunril leads the tribe to an assault on the Night Elf sentinels' leaders in Feathermoon Stronghold.
- Tunril made chieftain, a time of war and rapid changes, both in the Council and the rest of the Tribe's membership.
- Aroh leaves the Council (and the Tribe) in self-imposed exile, for some soul-searching; Massaimah also leaves the council.(having become mentally unstable).
- Manya Swifthorn joins the Elder Council.
- Tunril passes the title of Chieftain to Pride's apprentice, Vúlpius Emberhide.
- Vúlpius sternly enforces a return to the old peaceful way, forbidding any hostilities and intrusions into Alliance territory.
- Morgush Stonehoof is possessed by a demon from the Dark Portal, which leads the Tribe into a rescue effort to the Blasted Lands. Eventually, the demon is exorcised and Morgush begins to recover.
- Aroh returns to the Tribe, now a Brave.
- One of the younger guards of the Tribe is abducted, reportedly held hostage by the elves. Outraged, the Mistrunners march to Astranaar to demand an explanation, but the elves are nowhere to be seen. Tribe and some allies from e.g. Burning Dawn proceed to search the town, and the intrusion quickly turns violent. The hostage isn't found, until some time later certain tracks suggest he had fled but didn't survive.
- Mistrunners celebrate the marriage of Tunril and Manya in Bloodhoof Village.
- A Horde–Alliance all-out war rocks the realm. Mistrunners and the elves of Nature's Grasp meet in Moonglade; Bonkhron, Zouwa and Manya negotiate with the elves and manage to make peace, which Tunril almost breaks immediately after the meeting.
- Mistrunners visit their ancestors' graves in Mulgore; the spirits of Myrha and Prabhu manifest to give the tribe their blessing.
- Morgush Stonehoof joins the Elder Council, winning a vote against Bonkhron (to the relief of many).

- Kenai, the daughter of Manya and Tunril, is born. (??.4.2007)

- Kenai is cared by Skyfire and later by her and Hornbow's parents in the mountains of Mulgore. Tunril would return later to take her back to his care.
