For the sake of good order, I am notifying you all that the guild bank is currently under contruction. The walls were falling down due to the weight of the shelves full of...well, dust and things that had been stored for years and things that nobody uses anymore. In the future, our bank slots will be (more) organised and divided into named sections that will better represent the contents. We will have slots for... - Consumables (food, potions, drums, volatile rum)
- Crafting materials (leather, cloth, gems, herbs etc.)
- Patterns (Crafting recipes and the likes of it)
- Special items (blue+ items, crystals, valuable things)
Furthermore, when we open up, as you can see we'll have a brand new section featuring the more precious belongings of the Tribe and this section will have a restriction on it, so that items can only be withdrawn on request and handed over by the Tribe leadership. /Kugar P.S. Who wants a [Punctured Voodoo Doll]?!

It may be a good idea to disenchant the loads of green stuff after they stay in the Hoard for long enough.
I myself contributed to that green stuff by putting in a complete green dragonscale set, but that was rather an RP thing after the Great Hunt on green drakes..

Right, things are almost under control in the guild bank. Things have been sorted and moved around, others have been put up for sale, vendored or disenchanted (and mats have been deposited back into the guild bank). There are still items that we may not need, but we can talk about that later. For now, the bank looks like this...
[glow=red,2,300]1)[/glow] In the first slot we have "Consumables" which contains things like... Potions, Elixirs, Food, Drums, Armor Kits, Smoke Flares and also turn-in items for various factions, etc.
[glow=red,2,300]2)[/glow] "Crafting Materials" contains... Exotic Hides and Leathers (don't know if we still need a lot of these), Scales, Dusts, Essences, Motes/Primals, Herbs and a few Bars from smelting, etc.
[glow=red,2,300]3)[/glow] This "Pattern" slot has more than just crating patterns/recipes... I am suggesting that we put Cloths and Leathers in here as well, as we have seen a lot of that deposited in the past, and since there is virtually no room for it in the "Crafting Materials" slot. It also contains the Netherweave Bags that Suiseiseki (ffs, get it right on the first try XD ~Grail) made from all the Netherweave Cloth.
[glow=red,2,300]4)[/glow] In the brand new "Special Items" slot... ...there aren't many things yet. I've put all the Darkmoon Cards in there, along with some Nexus Crystals and Blue+ Items
That's it. Feel free to post your thoughts, suggestions and/or insults.

I am re-posting these guidelines for the Guild Bank as a reminder, as they more or less still apply. It is a tough job to keep an organised Guild Bank, so please try to use it with these rules in mind. There are probably a few small things that need an edit, I will look at it later. Link: f6l.com/guildbank[/font][/size] [li]The Guild Vault's RP name is Tribal Hoard (correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems to be what we've always used). [/li][li]The money in the Guild Vault is meant mainly for guild's own expenses (buying new Guild Bank Tabs, paying prize money in RP events etc.). [/li][li]Money loaned from the Guild Vault is, in fact, a loan. If you use money for repairs or take it for other needs from the Vault, you are expected to pay it back with a little extra later. [/li][li]Please avoid using the Guild Bank Repair system as much as possible. [/li][li]If you take something, put something in return. If you don't have anything intelligent to put in, feel free to take what you need as long as you don't do it excessively. Alternately you can put in some money. [/li][li]Use common sense and don't flood the Vault with unnecessary items. The Guild Vault is not a storage for your unused items. [/li][li]Every another week, the Elder Council will go through the items in the Guild Vault. It is then that: - Trash items will be vendored or put on Auction House for sale. The money made from selling these items will be placed in the Vault.
- Money Log will be checked to see if somebody has used hefty sums and hasn't paid it back yet. The amount will be recorded and asked to be paid back at a later date.
[/li][li]Access to Guild Vault: - Younglings: Can view the Vault, but not withdraw anything. If you wish to have something, please contact the Elder Council.
- Tribesmen and Champion: Can view the Vault and take three items per day.
- Braves: Unlimited access.
- Elder Council and Chieftain: Unlimited access.
[/li][/ul]

Great work Kugar! Actually, I will check again the user right by rank. I don't think that there really is any need to allow repair payed by guild bank for any rank. We are not a raid guild after all I think Haagen changed it at some point so that it can't be used, but I'll double check to make sure none of the ranks have the option.

Update: You can now view the contents of the Guild Bank on our very own website. Furthermore, everybody from the rank of Tribesman and upwards can request items using the website (although this only really applies for the locked "Special Items" section, as the three other bank slots are not locked). Consider this is a way for Tribe Members to request a special item if an officer is not online. They will then be notified, and will get in touch as soon as possible. Anyway, just a small update to the website.

This is really nice news! Still, we will have to login into armory first, no? Or logging into the site is enough?

It should be enough to just be logged on to the website. I am however unsure if this feature only works for those who are verified members of our website (using the guild password listed in the in-game guild info), or if it works for all Tribe Members on our roster, but I will investigate into that.
Perhaps Aroh can try logging on to the website with Whitewing, and see if she can request items?

The bank is again looking like a right mess. I suppose I will get around to cleaning it up one of these days. I think I'll have to be quite brutal about it this time, as we have a load of items that are somewhat useless.
Also, we're not far off from being able to purchase another bank slot, so keep those donations coming.

Aye, just don't sell those mid-level blues - I may level alts to use them someday I guess we can sell all the common DC materials and consumables though.

Useless crap is again slowly filling up bank slots. Please think twice before depositing things in there, as also mentioned in the ingame Bank Info tab. That will be all. Thank you.
