Is there anyone who can (maybe alts?) create primal might? And what is the cost of one transmutation cooldown?

Rugum can. I believe the cooldown is about 24 hours.

Oh yes, and what is the cost of using Rugum's cooldown? Or you don't use him to earn money?

I use him for PvP. The transmutation is free, but I don't mind accepting voluntary donations of extra primals of fire and air since I need some mights for myself as well.

Well, you can always get a free might when you transmute That is, if you are specialised in it. Actually, I will try to get some extra primals. I am collecting fires as well though. You can get the epic tailoring pattern for Suiseiseki from guild bank instead

Well, you can always get a free might when you transmute That is, if you are specialised in it. Make that fraction of the time, certainly not always.

Actually, I am in doubt now. Crafting (or asking for crafting) seems to be extremely unrewarding. The Felsteel Longblade looks very nice, true. But comparing the effort needed to collect the mats for it and to get the honor for Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade.... And comparing the stats... Even the terribly exaggerated looks of the pvp sword can't even it out. An item that is more difficult to make/obtain should also be better. And crafting things for others is just pointless as it is now. I am not yet sure if putting effort into that Lolblade is worth it for pure RP.

Rugum isn't specialized in transmutes, though. In fact, he isn't specialized in anything yet. It's always so much trouble deciding what to go for.
Haven't checked the epic pattern, but the chances are that Sui already has it. Seems to be the case is most BoE patterns I've come by during past 6 months. Now if I could only get my hands on the Spellstrike stuff...
The mats for the longblade are indeed quite a pain. Considering the PvP sword is only 9000 honor and 20 EotS marks, you should definitely go for that instead.

I can alredy buy two of those swords for the honor I have... I mean, if I could wield 2 offhands They seem so ugly though... I checked all pvp weapons (axe, sword, dagger), and all seem ugly....

There should be a main-hand version of it, as well.

There is, but it is 2 times more honor with the same stats.
