The reason for that is that there are few and mostly useless enchants that use the void crystal.

Surefooted is a DAMN rare enchant, I would place the number of enchanters who know the pattern in this server at around 20.
With that said, I think you'd have best luck aquring the enchant offering a good fee and your mats in /trade.

Really strange for a Karazhan drop. It seems everyone is farming Karazhan heavily now, that is also one on the reasons why epic void crystals are cheaper than the blue shards.
