Grail takes the parchment, eyes it through and snorts. "The goblin probably wrote this himself.""How does it show, Master?""A mere child could solve this. It is an attempt to be a riddle in the form of a poem."He glances through the text again. A clear vision opens to him and he can see where the story ends. "Shall I dispose of it?"Grail taps a finger against the ground. The words in the poem dance in his eyes. The writer has written of a mere journey, but there seem to be some interesting indications hidden behind the text. As if by a habit formed after years of work, Grail tucks the riddle on the wall, grabs a bunch of leather scrolls and dips his pen into ink. "I'll hold onto this. It may provide amusing after all.""I am glad to hear that, Master."Verse First
How strange are the manuscripts of this Friend, great traveller of the unknown, they appeared to me separately, yet they form a whole for the seer for whom the wooden totems out from under his knife, made to represent the majestic GREAT SPIRITS. ____________________ OOC: This Sunday we will have a little event, assuming at least two or more members can participate. Gather at Sunrock Retreat at the normal meeting time.

...riddle me that, who's afraid of the big, black bat?!
Unless something really amazing happens, I'll very mostly likely be there.

It might be, but according to current planning, and if there's even one level 80 participating, you should probably do fine with Brownpaw.

Due to my computer exploding the event had to be left unfinished (which was probably fine since it was taking quite a bit longer than I had anticipated already). We'll see if we can continue to the end next week. Here's the parts of the riddle the tribesmen managed to gather today: Verse First
How strange are the manuscripts of this Friend, great traveller of the unknown, they appeared to me separately, yet they form a whole for the seer for whom the wooden totems out from under his knife, made to represent the majestic GREAT SPIRITS.
Verse Second
This Friend, how to introduce him to you? His name remained a mystery. How to describe him to you? Perhaps like the great EAGLE, scanning the north for prey from atop the GREAT TWINS.
Verse Third
Thanks to him, from now on by measured steps and a sure eye, I can discover the dispersed bones that the great beasts of the plains had scattered in their final PLACE OF RESTING in pursuit of the eternal peace.
Verse Fourth
The angered spirits paving the CHARRED grounds could be alternatively red or yellow and, observing their eternal enemy, my view seems capable of seeing the NEST far east where the marvellous sleeping one remained hidden. I thread north quietly as to not harm the peace in the sanctuary of the mighty BEAR.

Despite the forced ending, I had plenty of fun. Was glad to see a handful of members attending the event.

I guess, many thanks to Grail for the wonderful event!
Though, I did have a feeling it wasn't finished yet... Or rather, the story itself did not develop. Moo wants to know the red snake!
